Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern AI Listers by Ainovix together with our Privacy, Acceptable Use and Refund policies. You must be at least 18, legally able to contract and authorized to act for the business and accounts you connect. Keep account information accurate and protect your login.

Services and authorization

AI Listers offers listing tools and supported catalog, inventory, pricing, order, shipping and financial reporting workflows. Availability depends on your plan, marketplace, permissions and enabled integration. Use Amazon’s authorization flow; never supply Seller Central passwords or another developer’s keys.

Restricted data requires the relevant Amazon permissions and an eligible purpose. A subscription does not purchase Amazon approval. AI Listers is independent; Amazon trademarks identify the integration and do not imply endorsement.

Prices, billing and cancellation

Our Pricing page shows plan prices and allowances. Review currency, billing period, taxes, discounts and total at checkout. Annual billing charges the annual term even where an equivalent monthly price is displayed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Recurring plans renew on the terms you accept unless cancelled. Use subscription controls or contact support before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including the existing 14-day money-back offer and annual-plan provisions. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Price changes apply prospectively with notice before an affected renewal.

Content and decisions

You retain rights to submitted content and permit processing needed to deliver the service. You are responsible for image and text rights, accurate listings and lawful instructions. Review AI output before publication; it can be inaccurate. Financial estimates depend on available records, costs and synchronization timing and are not audited accounts or tax advice.

Acceptable use

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable marketplace rules. Do not use buyer information for marketing, manipulate reviews, access another seller’s data, bypass API limits or upload restricted information to unrelated AI tools. Document the shipping or legal purpose for processing buyer personal data.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict activity that compromises security, violates terms or marketplace policies, or requires action by law or Amazon. You may cancel your subscription, revoke integration access and request account deletion. Data handling and legal retention follow our Privacy Policy.

Availability and responsibility

Maintenance, marketplace changes and third-party outages can affect availability. We do not guarantee sales, ranking, profitability or permission approvals. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support to resolve service and billing concerns.

We publish updates here and communicate material changes through the service or email as appropriate. Contact support@ailisters.com about your agreement or subscription.
