Who we are and scope
AI Listers by Ainovix provides software for ecommerce sellers. This notice covers accounts, subscriptions, support and connected marketplace services. We administer website and account information; connected-store information is processed for the authorizing seller’s operations.
Information and sources
You provide account and business details, product content and support requests. Payment providers handle checkout information; we process billing references and subscription records. PayPal and, where available, PayU are supported. Do not send card details or marketplace passwords to support.
After seller authorization, Amazon provides permitted account identifiers, listings, inventory, prices, orders, shipment status and financial records. Recipient names, delivery addresses and phone numbers may be needed for merchant-fulfilled shipping. Website device, IP, cookie and usage information is described in our Cookie Policy.
Purposes and limits
Account information supports login, billing, support and service notices. Product inputs support listing tools. Financial records support fees, refunds, settlements and profit reporting; general financial dashboards do not need buyer identity.
Amazon buyer personal information is limited to merchant-fulfilled shipping and applicable legal obligations. Sending an uploaded invoice through an eligible Amazon message action is not tax-invoice generation. AI Listers does not currently file returns or remit taxes for sellers.
Sharing and service providers
Hosting and storage providers process information for service operation; payment providers process billing; support providers assist with service requests. An authorized delivery workflow may disclose necessary recipient details to the selected fulfillment provider. Such disclosures require appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. Contact support for provider and processing-location details relevant to your service.
Amazon information must not be sold, shared with unrelated sellers or used for advertising audiences. Do not put buyer information or invoice documents into listing-generation prompts or unrelated AI tools. Any required legal disclosure is limited to the relevant obligation.
Retention and deletion requirements
Our Amazon-data policy requires removal of buyer personal data when its permitted purpose ends, no later than 30 days after delivery unless a specific law requires longer retention. Legal exceptions must document the records, purpose and expiry.
Amazon information must be deleted from live systems within 30 days of revocation, termination, loss of authorization or an Amazon deletion request, subject to applicable legal obligations. Deletion procedures must address reports, attachments, caches and retained copies. Account and billing records have separate service and statutory purposes; contact support for the retention basis relevant to your request.
Storage and protection
Connected-account information is processed in application services and storage systems. Access must be limited by account and job responsibility. Protection requirements include encrypted transmission and storage of restricted data, protected authorization credentials and controlled exports. These requirements are not a claim of independent certification or an Amazon security audit.
Report suspected exposure to support@ailisters.com with the subject Security incident. Include the service and time, but do not attach customer records or credentials.
Your rights and choices
Revoke marketplace authorization in Amazon Seller Central’s application permissions. Revocation and subscription cancellation are separate actions. For access, correction, deletion, restriction or applicable portability rights, contact support@ailisters.com. We verify authority before releasing or deleting records. Buyers can also contact the seller responsible for their order.
Where applicable, processing relies on the service contract, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests or consent. You may withdraw optional consent and contact your applicable data protection authority. International processing must use safeguards required by applicable law.
Age and policy updates
This business service is for users aged 18 or older who can enter a binding contract. It is not directed to children. Contact support if a child has supplied account information. We publish updates here and communicate material changes through the service or email as appropriate.
